Minimum Requirements

Graphic Designer

None

Understand the basic principles of graphic design as relate to space, font, colour, form, balance, eye movement, perspective, position, size, etc. Be able to apply these using Photoshop, Gimp, Illustrator, or a similar program. Be able to apply your graphic design to website design environments. Be conversant with current graphic and website design trends. Have a portfolio (in hard copy or in any digital application) demonstrating at least 3 different design styles.

Front-end Developer

None

Front-end developers need to be able to fulfill the minimum requirements of graphic designers in addition to demonstrating an advanced knowledge in Javascript, VueJS, HtmI5, and CSSS. They need to have a basic understanding of working within a WordPress-Elementor environment and within the Laravel environment.

Full Stack Developer

None

Must be able to conceptualise problems simply in order to solve them quickly. Be efficient at bug detection and resolution on both the front and back end. Demonstrate advanced skills in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, VueJS, HTML5, and CSS5. Must have comprehensive working knowledge of Laravel and WordPress coding and have server management experience. Be able to apply best security and performance practices, and CentOS server customisations.

Systems Auditor

None

Systems auditors need to have a thorough understanding of factors affecting security, software performance, brand consistancy, and SEO. They must be fully conversant with website auditing using Kali and be able to setup automated security protocols. They must know the full scope of tools available to the client, the current technological trends and how these can be leveraged for optimal performance. They need to demonstrate exceptional written communication skills in their report writing.

Manager

None

Be able to create, manage and replicate SOP systems. Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills. Must have a precision approach to time management and organisation. A manager identifies problems quickly and comes up with innovative systems-based solutions. They must be forward thinkers and team players. Finally they need to be exceptional at networking, closing deals, follow-up, and negotiation.

Concept Designer

None

Concept designers must fulfill all the minimum requirements of graphic designers but must, in addition, be highly skilled in UX and UI design. They must be able to identify the primary objectives of the user within any digital context. They must have experience working in a team on big projects and must be able to take complex projects, identify the essential elements and design a UI around these to ensure a simple and friendly UX.

Systems Engineer

None

Systems engineers are exceptional problem solvers. They quickly identify the systems being implemented, areas of inefficiency and which systems can be added or modified to improve these. They must be experienced in integrating A/B testing into their workflow. Finally, they must have broad experience with different technologies, must be a quick learner and know how to integrate using webhooks and API (both manually and using Pabbly).

Community Manager

None

Community Managers need to have a thorough psychological and sociological understanding of the consumer and consumer trends. They need to demonstrate excellence and professionalism in dealing with customer enquiries and complaints. They are essentially both the advocates for the client and thought leaders in the association marketing space. As such they require exceptional teamwork, leadership, written and verbal communication, marketing and change management skills.

Chief Developer

None

The chief developer needs to excel as a full stack developer as well as in leadership and teamwork. They hold the team together and as such must be connectors and integrators; be able to relate to and respond to the individual needs of each person in the team and ensure that the team works fluidly together with synergy and minimal bottlenecks.
