All Subscriber data is removed from Legacy Live’s servers for such terminations.
Termination Due to Third-Party Services
We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or if issues arise from your use of third-party services.
PLAN CHANGE
If you downgrade your plan at any point the downgrade will take effect after the last turn purchased. If you are upgrading your plan you will be liable for paying the difference in the pro rata price change for the remaining term.
REFUND POLICY
If you choose to cancel hosting within your first month you will receive a full refund minus any initial costs or once-off fees.
There are no other guarantees or refunds available, excepting any that is included on specific quotations and invoices. These can be found on the last page of these documents.

Legacy Live will not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in the provisioning of services if caused by an act attributable to nature without human interference, declared or undeclared war, fire, flood, storm, earthquake, power failure, the inability to obtain equipment, supplies or other facilities not caused by a failure to pay, labor disputes, or other similar events beyond our control that may prevent or delay service provisioning.
WAIVER
No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement will be deemed to constitute a waiver of any other provision, nor shall such a waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided in writing duly executed by the party to be bound thereby.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such part will be ineffective to the extent of such invalid part only, without affecting the remaining parts of this Agreement in any way.
