In short
- This site tells you about our work, gives ballpark estimates, and lets you contact us and book a consultation.
- An estimate is a ballpark range, not a quote. Scope and price are agreed in writing.
- Please use the site lawfully and leave its forms for real messages.
- South African law applies.
About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses this website. By using it, you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
They are not a contract for software work. When we build or look after something for you, we agree the scope, price and terms with you in writing, and that agreement applies to the work.

Using this site
You may use this site to learn about us and our work, get an estimate, send us a message and book a consultation. Please do not:
- use it for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful content through its forms;
- try to get into parts of the site or its systems that are not public, or interfere with how it works;
- copy large parts of it automatically.
The information on this site is general. It explains what we do and how we work; it is not advice for your situation, and it is not an offer to do work on particular terms. We try to keep it accurate and current, but things change, and we may change or remove any part of the site at any time.
Estimates are not quotes
The estimator on our estimate page gives a ballpark range to help you plan, based on the choices you make. It is not a quote, an offer, or a promise of a price or a timeline. We confirm scope and price after a consultation, and agree them with you in writing before work starts.
Bookings
We manage consultation bookings in IBIS, a system we make and run. When you book on our IBIS booking page, any terms shown there also apply to your booking.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and code of this site belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may view, print and share pages for your own use, and link to them. Please ask us before copying or reusing them for anything else.
Our name and logo, and the IBIS name, identify us and our product. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your work. The names of clients and other organisations belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as WhatsApp and our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run, or for how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where it applies, or under any other law that cannot be limited, and nothing limits our liability for gross negligence.
Privacy
How we collect, use and protect personal information is explained in our Privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and South African courts may hear any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
