Our Lead UX Designer, who is involved in all of our projects, has been rated as and awarded for being one of the top 40 UX Designers in South Africa by the Interaction Design Foundation (the international authority in this space). Empathy: The ability to understand and relate to the user’s perspective is foundational. This allows us to step into the user’s shoes and design from their viewpoint.
