We have sought out projects, clients, and opportunities over the past 5 years that have supported our vision and mandate. Here is a taste of our journey into Apps that Learn, Grow, and Connect.
The Membership System we’ve been developing with international NGOs across the world is now available for your club, association or NGO.
No other company is offering such a highly customised system, fully tested, community-integrated and ready for your members and your brand. This is specifically designed for Academic Associations but is fully scalable and customisable. The primary membership system is behind a paywall but book a quick call to demo the system. This app evolves with user input, powered by our Evolutionary Hosting for uninterrupted growth.
IBIS helps you manage the key pillars of business: Finances, Sales and Marketing, Strategy, HR and Operations.
IBIS is more than a SaaS solution to business management it’s baked into a holistic, community-powered solution for impact, security and business success. It includes a complete accounting system, integrated with a payroll system, an employee performance system, product management and invoicing, a goals and appointment tracker and analytic reports. Call use for a quick demo. We will be launching this app for the public in August 2025.
Think Booking.com, only for hunting expeditions at verified and vetted game farms across South Africa.
Game hunting forms a big part of South African tourism. The industry is unfortunately significantly impacted by scams. This application solves this problem and aims to onboard 50% of the thousands of South African game farmers by the end of 2028. We will also be adding full community functionality in 2025. We are gathering enough material together so that we don’t leave you hanging when we get busy.
For us UX Design is all about creating a seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable interaction between the user and a product. It prioritises the user’s needs and ensures that their journey is efficient, intuitively seamless, and pleasant.
Our Lead UX Designer, who is involved in all of our projects, has been rated as and awarded for being one of the top 40 UX Designers in South Africa by the Interaction Design Foundation (the international authority in this space). Beyond the formal recognition, clients have often commented on our technical skills, creativity, and empathy to craft experiences that resonate with users.
Empathy: The ability to understand and relate to the user’s perspective is foundational. This allows us to step into the user’s shoes and design from their viewpoint.
Problem-Solving Skills: Our clients tell us that we are able to solve problems that other designers and developers said was impossible. We approach challenges analytically, looking for solutions that address user pain points without compromising on design quality.
Communication: Being able to articulate design decisions and collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and other designers has played a crucial role in our success with our client community.
Curiosity and Continuous Learning: We fuel our passion and curiosity as UX designers by following inspiring mentors, and continuously learning about new best practices and technologies. We have learned to discern between a quick fad, and evolution in design.
Attention to Detail: Small details can make a big difference in user experience. We pay close attention to typography, spacing, and interactive elements.
Adaptability: We have had to quickly adjust their designs based on feedback and testing results, because there is always much space for growth.
Collaboration: Our UX designers work seamlessly within our cross-functional team, supporting the technical and business constraints and incorporating them into their designs.
