Booked on IBIS

We use what we build

Our own consultations are booked on IBIS, the Integrated Business Intelligence System we make.

Appointments are part of its Operations module, with a public booking page. When you choose a time, you are using that page: the same kind your own clients would use if you ran IBIS.

IBIS is one connected system for:

  • Operations
  • Finance
  • People
  • Growth
IBIS mark, a gold ibis and the words Integrated Business Intelligence System.

What happens in a consultation

A plain conversation about your work. You do not need a written brief.

  1. You choose a time

Pick a slot on our booking page and add a line or two about what you are working on.

  2. We listen first

You tell us what you are trying to do, how the work happens today and where it gets stuck. We ask questions before we suggest anything.

  3. We talk about options

What could help, what it would involve and the trade-offs, in plain language. If something you already have, or IBIS, would do the job, we say so.

  4. You leave with a next step

If you want to go ahead, we confirm scope and price in writing after the consultation. If not, there is nothing more to do.

What to have ready

  • A few lines on what you want to build, fix or replace.
  • Who will use it: your team, your clients, members or the public.
  • What you use today, such as a website, spreadsheets or another system.
  • A rough budget or deadline, if you have one. A ballpark from our estimator helps.

None of this is required. If you are not sure yet, that is what the conversation is for.
