Understand the basic principles of graphic design as relate to space, font, colour, form, balance, eye movement, perspective, position, size, etc. Be able to apply these using Photoshop, Gimp, Illustrator, or a similar program. Be able to apply your graphic design to website design environments. Be conversant with current graphic and website design trends. Have a portfolio (in hard copy or in any digital application) demonstrating at least 3 different design styles. |

Front-end developers need to be able to fulfill the minimum requirements of graphic designers in addition to demonstrating an advanced knowledge in Javascript, VueJS, HtmI5, and CSSS. They need to have a basic understanding of working within a WordPress-Elementor environment and within the Laravel environment. |
Full Stack Developer |

Must be able to conceptualise problems simply in order to solve them quickly. Be efficient at bug detection and resolution on both the front and back end. Demonstrate advanced skills in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, VueJS, HTML5, and CSS5. Must have comprehensive working knowledge of Laravel and WordPress coding and have server management experience. Be able to apply best security and performance practices, and CentOS server customisations. |

Concept designers must fulfill all the minimum requirements of graphic designers but must, in addition, be highly skilled in UX and UI design. They must be able to identify the primary objectives of the user within any digital context. They must have experience working in a team on big projects and must be able to take complex projects, identify the essential elements and design a UI around these to ensure a simple and friendly UX. |
Systems Engineer |

Systems engineers are exceptional problem solvers. They quickly identify the systems being implemented, areas of inefficiency and which systems can be added or modified to improve these. They must be experienced in integrating A/B testing into their workflow. Finally, they must have broad experience with different technologies, must be a quick learner and know how to integrate using webhooks and API (both manually and using Pabbly). |
